Sanko Sangyo Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7922) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire Axis truss Co., Ltd. from Shoichi Saotome for ¥200 million on May 31, 2022. As part of the transaction, Sanko Sangyo will acquire 300 shares, representing 100% voting right ownership in Axis truss. For the Fiscal year ending March 2022, Axis truss reported Net worth of ¥23.519 million, Total assets of Total assets ¥122.171 million, Sales of ¥257.907 million, Operating income of ¥26.101 million and Net income of ¥22.468 million. The transaction is resolved by the board of Sanko Sangyo and expected to complete by June 20, 2022. This transaction will have a minor impact on the consolidated business results of Sanko Sangyo.
