Santova Limited announced that Robin Herselman has resigned as Group Financial Director of the Company with effect from 31 January 2023. Robin has advised the company that he will be relocating offshore to pursue new interests. The Board would like to thank Robin for his service and contribution to the Group and wish him well with his new endeavour.
The Nominations Committee has commenced the process to appoint a successor and details will be announced in due course.
