Further to SADAFCO announcement made on the Saudi Stock Exchange's (Tadawul) website on 18-03-1443H (corresponding to 24-10-2021) with regards to the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) which will be held at 18:30 on Monday 10-04-1443H (corresponding to 15-11-2021G ) via Modern Technology Means.
SADAFCO is pleased to announce to its shareholders who have registered in Tadawulaty that the electronic voting on the agenda items of the EGM commenced this morning on Thursday 06-04-1443H (corresponding to 11-11-2021G) at 10:00, and will continue until the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting through Tadawulaty website, noting that the registration and voting in Tadawulaty services are provided free of charge for all shareholders through the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa.
