On August 26, 2021, SB Financial Group, Inc. announced that Jonathan R. Gathman the Company's Executive Vice President and Senior Lender resigned his position to pursue a career outside of Banking. Steven A. Walz, the Company's former Chief Credit Officer is returning to the Company in the position of Chief Lending Officer.

The State Bank and Trust Company offers a full range of commercial banking services, including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and time certificates of deposit, automatic teller machines, commercial, consumer, agricultural and residential mortgage loans, commercial leasing, and various other services.
