SBI Holdings, Inc. announced the resignations of Mr. Kenji Hirai, Mr. Shinji Yamauchi, Mr. Makoto Miyazaki, Mr. Yoshimi Takahashi, Mr. Masaki Takayanagi as executive directors of the company with effect from 28 June 2012. Mr. Takeshi Natsuno has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company with effect from 28 June 2012. Mr. Takashi Okita, executive director is re-designated as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 28 June 2012. The company also appointed Mr. Peilung Li as executive director and Mr. Masanao Marumono as independent non-executive director of the company.
