SBI Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Tatsuo Shigemitsu as Director; Ayako Hirota Weissman and Yasumine Satake as Outside Director; Motoaki Shiino as Executive Officer; and Hiroaki Nagasue as Outside Statutory Auditor, which will be effective on June 26, 2015. The company also promoted Kazuhiro Nakatsuka to Director, Managing Executive Officer, effective on June 26, 2015.
