Notice Regarding Approval of Deadline Extension for Submission of the
Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022
As stated in the "Notice Regarding Submission of an Application for Approval of Deadline Extension for Securities Report for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2022," announced on June 10, 2022. SBI Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") had applied for the deadline extension of submission for its securities report under Article 15-2, Paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs, and hereby announces that it has today received the approval of deadline extension for submission of the securities report under Article 15-2, Paragraph (3) prescribed by the said Cabinet Office Ordinance.
1. Target securities report
Securities report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022 (April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022)
Deadline for filing before extension June 30, 2022
Deadline for filing approved for extension July 27, 2022
Future plans
The Company plans to complete the submission of the securities report following the audits of the securities report by the audit firm for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, by July 27, 2022, the deadline for submission after the extension.
