The Company conducts sales of key facilities, receives royalties related to technology from installations sold by the Company, sales of servicing and training for established facilities, as well as operates a plant through wholly-owned subsidiary Tyre Recycling in Sweden AB. The plant serves as a large-scale production test and demo plant and includes all the process steps and solutions featured in a full-scale plant. The Company’s main shareholder is Pegroco Venture AB.
