Moelven Wood AB completed the acquisition of assets and liabilities of DLH Sweden AB from Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S.

Moelven Wood AB entered into an agreement to acquire assets and liabilities of DLH Sweden AB from Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S (CPSE:DLH) on November 7, 2016. The acquisition mainly consists of stock, property - comprising warehouse buildings totaling 23,000 m2 and office space of 600 m2 as well as the equipment belonging to the business. Moelven Wood AB will continue to conduct and develop the operations in Hässleholm. DLH Sweden AB reported revenues of SEK 214 million in 2015. Seven people currently working with stock management at the facility in Hässleholm will be offered employment with Moelven Wood AB. The deal is expected to complete on November 21, 2016. The divestment of the Swedish activities is not expected to affect Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S results for 2016. Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S will repay all its debts to banks and then have a cash reserve. Jakob Hans Johansen of Kromann Reumert acted as legal advisor to Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S.
