Schwager Energy SA is a Chile-based company engaged in the development and implementation of environmental and energy solutions. Its business is divided in such areas as Engineering, which includes such services as system administration, management and treatment of industrial liquid waste and evaluation of facilities, among others; Mining Services, which comprises maintenance and support services for the operation of mining quarries; Additives, which specializes in the production of fuels additives; Warehousing, which provides storage services; Energy Generation, which offers solutions for the renewable energy sector, and Real Estate Leasing. In addition, the Company is engaged in the execution and research of mining, industrial and defense projects. As of De cember 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Eco Energy Ltda, Schwager Biogas SA and Schwager Service SA, and Banchile Corredora de Bolsa SA was its majority shareholder with 15.03% of its interest.
