SDS Group Berhad Announces Retirement of Encik Azahar Bin Baharudin as Independent and Non Executive Director

SDS Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are primarily involved in the manufacturing and retailing of bakery products. The Company's segments include Retail and Wholesale. The Retail segment is involved in the manufacturing of products and dealing directly with ultimate customers through the Company's retail outlets. The Company sells its products via outlets operated under three different concepts namely, bakery, cafe and bakery-cum-cafe. The Wholesale segment is involved in the manufacturing of products and distributing to the retailer through the Company's fleet of lorries. Its brands include the retail brand, SDS, and two wholesale brands, Top Baker and Daily's. The Company's subsidiaries include SDS Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., SDS Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., Super Arrow Trading Pte. Ltd., SDS Top Baker Sdn. Bhd., SDS Bakery & Cafeteria Sdn. Bhd. and Daily Bakery Sdn. Bhd.
