Scavo Resource Corp. announced that Mr. Arndt Roehlig has resigned as President/CEO of the company. In his place, Salvatore Giantomaso, a current director of the Company has agreed to be appointed President/CEO.
Mr. Roehlig will remain a director of the company. Concurrently, Ms. Sheikh resigned as Corporate Secretary of the company and has been replaced by CFO/director Bruno Gasbarro, who has agreed to be appointed Corporate Secretary.
