Seamec Limited Enters into Addendum with Posh India Offshore Private Limited

SEAMEC Limited has entered into an Addendum with POSH India OffSHORE PRIVATE Limited to the Subcontract No. PRP VII-PIOPL-SC-02 dated 9th March, 2023. The Addendum is for additional work in Pipeline Replacement Project to be undertaken during the work Season 2023-24.

The Total Value of the additional work will be around INR 486.0 million inclusive of GST. Pursuant to Clause 5 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023, the company enclose herewith the requisite details in the prescribed Annexure.

Company Profile

Seamec Limited provides oilfield services and diving support vessels (DSV) in India and abroad. The Company operates multi support vessels for providing support services including marine, construction and diving services to offshore oilfields and bulk carrier vessel for providing bulk carrier services. It has also ventured into diversified tunnel construction project. Its marine offshore division capabilities include inspection/work class ROV operation support, inspection and maintenance of single buoy moorings, and removal and re-installation of single buoy moorings. Its offshore fleets include SEAMEC II, SEAMEC III, SEAMEC PRINCESS, SEAMEC PALADIN and SUBTECH SWORDFISH which are multi-support, multi-functional DSVs and SEAMEC GLORIOUS an accommodation barge. The Company is engaged in the bulk carrier business, which includes transportation of various dry-bulk materials, including food staples, commodities, industrial products and scrap. It also owns and operates ASIAN PEARL.
