Secrex Compania de Seguros de Credito y Garantias SA (Secrex) is a Peru-based financial company principally involved in the provision of risk management credit and guarantee insurance. The Company operates in the international trade insurance sector, with the provision of protection to exporters and financing to companies in the case of insolvency or payment failure. In addition, the Company also offers capital indemnity policies in the domestic and foreign markets. As of December 31, 2010, Consorcio Internacional de Aseguradores de Credito SA (CIAC) was the Company’s majority shareholder with 97.04% of its interest.
