Following transaction, Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe) is interested in 635.1 million shares, a 15.29% stake.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor focusing on domestic businesses in Georgia - Apex Group Fiduciary Services, acting as trustee of the JSC Georgia Capital Executive Equity Compensation Trust, buys 100,000 shares at GBP7.81 each, worth GBP781,000, in London on Thursday. The trust now hold 4.4 million shares, a 9.5% stake. The trust holds the shares for the purpose of satisfying awards to be awarded to beneficiaries of the trust.
