Seneca Foods Class A shares fell 5% to $35.42 after hours after S&P Dow Jones Indices said it will remove the stock from the S&P SmallCap 600, effective July 6.

Meanwhile, El Pollo Loco Holdings shares declined 6% to $8.50 after hours as the stock is also leaving the index.

S&P Dow Jones said the companies are no longer representative of the small-cap market space.
