Seneca Growth Capital VCT plc declares an interim dividend for the year to 31 December 2022, payable on 20 May 2022

Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc is a United Kingdom-based venture capital trust (VCT). The Company’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive income and capital return by investing its funds in a portfolio of both unquoted and AIM/AQSE quoted UK companies which meet the relevant criteria under the VCT rules. Its portfolio includes B Share Class Portfolio and Ordinary Share Class Portfolio. At least the minimum required percentage of the Company’s assets will be invested in qualifying investments as required by the VCT rules, with the remainder held in cash and money market securities. The Company’s investment manager is Seneca Partners Limited.
