It operates through the hire-purchase contract and loans segment. It provides hire-purchase loans for electrical appliances and household appliances (Home Appliances), commercial appliances and machinery (captive finance), car hire-purchase loans with transfer of ownership of registration books, and loans with vehicle registration as collateral (trucks, passenger cars, commercial vehicles), and Click2Gold under the name SG Loan Consolidation. It is a supplier of products under the trademark Singer. It also provides various types of financial loans with a focus on expanding loans to cover the needs of its customers.
