SGT German Private Equity GmbH & Co. KGaA’s Board intends to launch an share buyback tender offer before the end of the third quarter of 2022.

On June 9, 2022, the company announced that it intends to consider a share buyback tender offer to its shareholders up to 4,000,000 shares, representing €6 million and approximately 7% of the outstanding shares. Under the program, the company will repurchase its own shares.
