On April 23, 2020,Shandong Tongda Group Co., Ltd. urged Shandong Tongda Island New Materials Co.,Ltd. to review and approve the proposal on formulating annual incentive bonus measures. The Board of Supervisors believes that the incentive objects meet the requirements of the “Management Measures for Performance Appraisal Incentive Bonus”, and the distribution of incentive bonuses fully takes into account various factors such as the position, time, performance contribution, and performance evaluation results of the incentive object. The distribution plan is reasonable.
