Shanghai Yct Electronics Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:301099) agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Shenzhen OCX Semiconductor Co., Ltd from Li Yonghong, Yang Longfei, Sheng Xia, Wang Lei, Hunag Qin and Zhang Yongping for CNY 240 million on May 16, 2022. Board of director of Shanghai Yct Electronics Group Co.,Ltd have approved the transaction. As of March 31, 2022, Shenzhen OCX Semiconductor Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 92.7 million and total common equity of CNY 50.7 million. The transaction is subject to Shanghai Yct Electronics Group Co.,Ltd shareholder's approval.
