The board of directors of Shell Pakistan Limited appointed Jawwad Ahmed as a director of the company in place of John King Chong Lo who resigned with effect from May 5, 2016. Further, the board approved the appointment of Jawwad Ahmed Cheema as the CEO and Managing director of the company to succeed Omar Yaqoob Sheikh with effect from Aug. 1, 2016.
