Wang Yunhui, Li Qingxin and Liu Zhenren agreed to acquire additional 30.41% stake in Shandong Leeder Cropscience Co.,Ltd. from Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002215) for CNY 39.6 million on July 6, 2022. The total number of shares for transfer is 12.80 million shares at a price of CNY 3.08825 per share. As of March 31, 2022 total assets recorded were CNY 204.4 million and net assets of CNY 105.4 million. The board of directors of Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals approved the transaction.
Shenzhen Noposion Crop Science Co Ltd, formerly Shenzhen Noposion Agrochemicals Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of pesticide preparations and vegetative products. The Company's major products include fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, plant nutrient products and additives, among others. The Company also provides seeds, brand and other services.
