Tang Haiqiang acquired an additional 10.2% stake in Hunan Soling Automotive Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Soling Industrial Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002766) for CNY 2.55 million on December 15, 2022. After the completion of the transaction, Tang Haiqiang hold 80% stake in Hunan Soling. As of December 31, 2022, Hunan Soling reported total assets of CNY 83.8 million, net income of CNY 5.2 million and total common equity of CNY 8.4 million.
