Li Hu and Xu Daiqun signed an Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire 85% of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 39 million.

Li Hu and Xu Daiqun signed an Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire 85% of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:001309) for CNY 39 million on November 2, 2022. Under the agreement 55% of the equity will be transferred to Li Hu for CNY 25.1937 million and 30% of the equity will be transferred Xu Daiqun at a price of CNY 13.742million. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 15% of the equity of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. For the year ended, September 30, 2022, Shenzhen Techwinsemi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. Total asset is CNY 103.40 million and net asset is CNY 17.064 million.

The transaction was approved by the twenty-sixth meeting of the first board of directors of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction was approved by shareholders of Shenzhen Techwinsemi Technology on November 21, 2022.
