SHINHAN SEOBU T&D REIT CO., LTD. Shinhan Gwanghwamun G Tower REIT Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise KRW 40,000,000,000 in a equity round of funding on December 14, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Shinhan Seobu T&D REIT Co., Ltd. to retain the majority stake in the company.
