Shinki Bus Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9083) agreed to acquire an additional 8.28% stake in Zentan Bus Co., Ltd. on November 10, 2015. Shinki Bus will acquire 0.29 million shares to hold a total of 22.55% stake in Zentan Bus. A resolution was passed by Board of Directors of Shinki Bus.
The transaction is expected to close on December 1, 2015.
