CentralWorld Company Limited made an offer to acquire remaining 3.11% stake in Siam Future Development Public Company Limited (SET:SF) for approximately THB 750 million.

CentralWorld Company Limited made an offer to acquire remaining 3.11% stake in Siam Future Development Public Company Limited (SET:SF) for approximately THB 750 million on December 28, 2021. As per the transaction, CentralWorld Company Limited made the offer to acquire remaining 66.37 million shares at THB 11.30 per share. Post completion, Siam Future Development Public Company Limited will be delisted from the stock exchange.

As per revision on March 22, 2022, Prin Chirathivatas will be appointed as Chairman and 4 Directors has submitted resignations in effect on 28 February 2022. The transaction is subject to certain conditions including obtaining approvals from shareholders of Siam Future Development Public Company Limited, approved and/or waived by the relevant agencies, including the SET, financial institutions and other relevant contractual parties. The Board of directors of offeror has approved the transaction.

Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited acted as financial advisor to offeror.Avantgarde Capital Company Limited acted as financial advisor and fairness opinion provider to Siam Future Development Public Company Limited in the deal. The offer will commence From Mar 4, 2022 to May 13, 2022.
