Siemens Limited announced Mr. Orban von Fedak has been appointed as the Finance Head of Company's Mobility Business with effect from 1st March 2024. Mr. Orban von Fedak is a Diploma in Business Administration from University of Münich, Germany and a Graduate in Credit in Finance Harvard University, Boston (USA). He has overall 25 years of Financial
Leader with Substantial international experience in the product and project business. He has Financial experience over the entire value chain: R&D, Factories, Sales, M&A, Projects etc. Before taking up this assignment, Mr. Orban von Fedak was Finance Director Service Rail Automation in Siemens Mobility GmbH, Germany, since 2020. He has also held various positions in Siemens AG, Germany since 1999.
Siemens Limited is one of the Indian's leading manufacturers of electronic and electro-technical equipment. Net sales (not including sold divisions) break down by sector of activity as follows:
- energy (36.1%): integrated products and services for oil and gas production, electricity generation and transmission, etc.;
- electricity transmission and distribution (30.7%): power transmission and distribution systems, electrical installations, miniature circuit breakers, distribution boards, residual current circuit breakers, etc.;
