Sigachi Industries Limited announced that Mr. Mohankrishna Reddy Arvabumi, Independent Director of the Company, has vide his letter dated February 15, 2023, resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from Feb. 16, 2023. Mr. Mohankrishna Reddy Arvabumi has further confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than that mentioned in his Resignation letter.
The resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure.
