Pete Thompson Resigns from the Board of Directors of Sigma Designs, Inc

Effective January 19, 2018, Pete Thompson resigned from the Board of Directors of Sigma Designs, Inc. In accordance with his current employer’s policy regarding serving on boards of publicly traded companies, Mr. Thompson was required to resign from the Board and had agreed to do so with his current employer by the end of January 2018. Mr. Thompson did not resign due to any disagreement with Sigma.
