The Company is engaged in exploring its Lingman Lake gold property located within the prolific Red Lake district in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. The property is situated in the Lingman Lake Greenstone belt consisting of a complexly folded assemblage, of mafic metavolcanics, felsic metavolcanics and metasedimentary rocks. The project has an approximately 234,000-ounce historical high-grade gold resource estimate that is contained within the first 180 meters of surface and open in all directions. The Company’s Lingman Lake gold property consists of approximately 1,300 staked claims, four freehold full patented claims and 14 mineral rights patented claims totaling approximately 24,761 hectares.
