HAMBURG (dpa-AFX Broker) - Hauck Aufhäuser Investment Banking has raised the target price for Siltronic from 55 to 58 euros, but left the rating at "Sell". The cautious statements by Japanese competitor Sumco on the first quarter provided negative guidance for the semiconductor supplier, wrote analyst Tim Wunderlich in a study published on Friday. Although Siltronic should develop slightly better than Sumco, he lowered his estimates for 2024 based on the management's forecast due to the expected weaker growth. The price target is nevertheless rising, as it is now based on the calculations for 2025./mf/tav
