Silver Base Group Holdings Limited announced that, having considered the winding up order by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands dated 5 May 2022; and the observations and issues raised by the Joint Official Liquidators concerning the Company, the Company is unable to finalise its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2022 (the "FY2022").
