RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Silver Base Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that, the service contract of Mr. Chen Sing Hung Johnny ("Mr. Chen") expires today and due to his personal endeavours which require more of his time, Mr. Chen decided not to continue his service as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 25 September 2019.

Mr. Chen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board in relation to his retirement as non-executive director of the Company and there is no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in relation to his retirement.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Chen for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
