Silver Bear Resources Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of precious metal properties. The Company’s segments are based on geographical location being the property in the Russian Federation (Mangazeisky). The Company is focused on the development of its wholly owned Mangazeisky Silver Project, covering a license area of approximately 570 square kilometer (km2) that includes the high-grade Vertikalny deposit, located 400 kilometers north of Yakutsk in the Republic of Sakha within the Russian Federation. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries are Silver Bear Holdings Limited and ZAO Prognoz.
