Silver Heritage Group Limited Announces Pre-Approval for Casino Operations at Tiger Palace

Silver Heritage Group Limited announced that the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation of Nepal has issued a pre-approval letter granting a licence to operate a casino at Tiger Palace Resort Bhairahawa. In accordance with the Nepal casino regulations (known as the Casino Rules 2070), payment is now due to MOCTCA for the initial casino licence fee of approximately USD 194,000 and the casino royalty fee of approximately USD 291,000 for the Nepal fiscal year, which runs from mid-July to mid- July the following year. The Company will now make the payments against the letter issued by MOCTCA. Upon receipt of the payment, it is expected that MOCTCA will issue the formal casino license, allowing casino gaming to take place at Tiger Palace immediately.

The Company's business is divided in two business lines: Operation of casinos, and Provision and operation of electronic gaming machines (EGMs).
