Pershing Gold Corporation (OTCBB:SAGE) entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire 459 unpatented mining claims south of the Relief Canyon Mine from Silver Scott Mines, Inc. (OTCPK:SILS) for $0.55 million in cash on February 28, 2012. Pershing Gold Corporation (OTCBB:SAGE) completed the acquisition of 459 unpatented mining claims south of the Relief Canyon Mine from Silver Scott Mines, Inc. (OTCPK:SILS) on March 1, 2012.
