The board of Sin Ghee Huat Corporation Ltd. approved the appointment of Mr. Tan Yee Chin to succeed Mr. Kua Ghim Siong who will be relinquished as Chief Executive Officer ('CEO') of the Company on 1 October 2021. Mr. Tan will be CEO designate effective from 1 July 2021 and assume the role of CEO on 1 October 2021. He is responsible for corporate strategic direction and general management of the Group, and concurrently oversees the purchasing function.
