Sinarskiy Trubnyi Zavod PAO (SinTZ PAO or Sinarsky Pipe Plant PJSC) is a Russia-based company active within the steel pipe production industry. It produces drill pipes, casing pipes, oil-well tubing, oil-and-gas pipes as well as rustproof, rolled-up soldered tubes, seamless hot-rolled and cold-worked, and non-corrosive pipes. The Company's products are delivered to the oil and gas production associations, industrial plants, the energy industry, the construction industry and public works companies. It operates through three subsidiaries, located on the territory of the Sverdlovsk region. As of January 13, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was TMK OAO with a stake of 94.4%. On April 3, 2013, the Company acquired a 100% stake in UK Sinarskaya OOO.
