SIRI Prime Office Property Fund (SIRIP) |
SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., ("the Company") the Management Company of SIRI Prime Office Property Fund ("the Fund") has notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on 1 February 2022, Notification of the Change of the Management Fee.
The Company according to the resolution of the Investment Committee as of 3 August 2022, has considered extending the period to decrease the management fee by 30%. The change of management fee can be summarized as follow;
Current Rate | New Rate |
0.2500 % of Net Asset Value | 0.1750 % of Net Asset Value |
*The above fee is excluding VAT.
This change will be effective from 1 July 2022 until 31 December 2022.
