Siri Prime Office Property Fund reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported Profit attributable to equity holders of the Company of THB 38.311 million or THB 0.2254 EPS against THB 5.235 million or THB 0.0308 EPS a year ago. Total income was THB 18.618 million against THB 15.058 million a year ago. Total net gain on investments was THB 28.728 million compared to THB 0.038 million a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported Profit attributable to equity holders of the Company of THB 49.274 million or THB 0.2898 EPS against loss of THB 77.763 million or THB 0.4574 LPS a year ago. Total income was THB 37.597 million against THB 55.448 million a year ago. Total net gain on investments was THB 31.397 million compared to loss of THB 111.555 million a year ago.
Siri Prime Office Property Fund is a Thailand-based is a closed-end property fund. The Fund is principally engaged in the rental of immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to raise funds from general investors, both individuals and juristic persons, locally and internationally whereby the proceeds from such fundraising are used to purchase, lease and/or sub-lease immovable properties. The Fund shall also improve, modify, construct and/or develop immovable properties by taking the transfer of a construction permit and/or applying for other permits and/or executing any transactions necessary and advisable for immovable properties. The Fund's objective is to make an initial investment in Siripinyo Building, which is an office building for rent. SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Company's Fund Manager.
