CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY,

AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

AND

AGENT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS AND

NOTICES IN HONG KONG

The board of directors (the "Board") of Sisram Medical Ltd (the "Company") announces that Ms. Yee Har Susan LO ("Ms. LO"), due to work re-arrangement, has tendered her resignation as (i) the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"), (ii) the authorized representative of the Company (the "Authorized Representative") for the purpose of Rule 3.05 of the Rules (the "Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and (iii) the agent for the acceptance of service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Process Agent") with effect from 18 December 2019.

Ms. LO has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board further announces that Ms. Mei Ha Wendy KAM ("Ms. KAM") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorized Representative with effect from 18 December 2019. Ms. KAM meets the qualification requirements for company secretary under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules.

Ms. KAM is an executive director of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited ("Tricor"). She has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field. She has been providing professional corporate services to Hong Kong listed companies as well as multinational, private and offshore companies. Ms. KAM is currently the company secretary/joint company secretaries of five listed companies on the Stock Exchange. Ms. KAM is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries ("HKICS") and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly "The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators"). She is a holder of the Practitioner's Endorsement from HKICS and is also a member of the Companies Registry Customer Liaison Group.

Ms. KAM graduated from the City Polytechnic of Hong Kong (now known as the City University of Hong Kong).

The Board also announces that Ms. LEUNG Ching Ching ("Ms. LEUNG") has been appointed as the Process Agent with effect from 18 December 2019.

Ms. LEUNG is a senior manager of Corporate Services of Tricor. She has over 15 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field and is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both The HKICS and The Chartered Governance Institute.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms. LO for her contributions to the Company during her tenure of service and extend its warm welcome to Ms. KAM and Ms. LEUNG on their new appointments.
