Enel SpA (BIT:ENEL) has got four bids for its 66% stake in Slovenské Elektrárne A.S. and it will evaluate all offers by April, 2015, Slovak Economy Minister Pavol Pavlis said. He said: “The sale process and the completion of Mochovce are clearly very closely linked. Finishing Mochovce is a priority for the government.” Luca D'Agnese, Chief Executive Officer of Slovenské Elektrárne said: “We face a very tough schedule in order to meet the deadlines that have been announced.

We're confident on the basis of the work done this month that we can progress in a very effective way.” CEZ, a.s. (SEP:CEZ) and a group of Slovnaft AS (BSSE:1SLN01AE) and Magyar Villamos Muvek Zrt. have confirmed submitting non-binding bids for Enel's Slovak assets. The Slovak government hasn't yet decided whether it will increase its 34% stake in Slovenske Elektrarne in case of a sale.
