1Q 2024 Financial Highlights

• Consolidated net income reached PHP10.46 billion in 1Q 2024, 11% higher than PHP9.44 billion in 1Q 2024.
• Consolidated revenues reached PHP30.72 billion, 7% higher than PHP28.63 billion.
• Revenue Contribution: Malls Business accounts for 59%, Residential Business accounts for 30%, Other Business Segments account for 11%.
• • Malls revenues grew to PHP18.21 billion, 7% higher than PHP17.00 billion in 1Q 2023.
  • Primary residential business reported PHP8.48 billion revenues, 10% increase from last year's PHP7.69 billion
  • Primary Residential business reported reservation sales of PHP26.51 billion, which translates to more than 5,500 residential units.
  • SM Prime's other business segments, which include offices, hotels and convention centers, posted PHP3.40 billion in revenues, a 9% growth from last year's PHP3.12 billion.
