For the period, the company reported total income of NZD 514,000 compared to total loss of NZD 1,358,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was NZD 455,000 compared to loss before tax of NZD 1,379,000 a year ago. Profit after tax was NZD 288,000 compared to loss after tax of NZD 1,445,000 a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings were 1.84 cents per unit compared to basic and diluted loss of 9.65 cents per unit a year ago. Net cash flows from operating activities was NZD 102,000 compared to net cash used in operating activities of NZD 111,000 a year ago. Purchase of investments was NZD 388,000 compared to NZD 92,000 a year ago.
