Planktos Corp, formerly Solar Gold Ltd., is a development-stage company. The Company focuses on identifying and acquiring a business oppurtunity through a merger or acquisition. It focuses on functioning as a business incubator for assets and businesses that focus on renewable energy sources that do not threaten the environment, and practical solutions to mitigate the effects of traditional energy sources unintended consequences concerning global climate change. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had not generated any revenue from its operations.
