Amgentech, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire CaerVision Global, Inc. (OTCPK:SUGO) from Jmz Alliance Group, Inc., KCG Holdings Inc., Asset Management Arm and others in a reverse merger transaction on June 10, 2015. Under the terms, controlling shares will be issued to shareholders of Amgentech as consideration. According to the agreement, CaerVision will transfer approximately 280 million shares representing approximately 60% stake in CaerVision to William Sanchez of Amgentech, Inc. pursuant to closing, Erwin Vahlsing, Jr. resign from the position of Director of CaerVision and William Sanchez will be appointed as Chairman, President, Secretary and Director of CaerVision. The transaction is subject to receiving resignations of each member of its Board of Directors of CaerVision and approval from Board of Directors and shareholders of CaerVision.

Concurrent with the change in control, CaerVision Global has relocated its office and changed its phone number. CaerVision Global has filed an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation changing the name of CaerVision Global to Telocuba, Inc. As on the closing date, shares of CaerVision shall be quoted on the OTCPK or any other exchange.
