The source of hard wheat is the Greek production, while soft wheat is imported from European countries, mainly France and Spain, as well as the United States and Canada. The Company's product range consists of various types of flour, including standard flour, its subclasses and by-products, as well as rye and semolina flour. The Company also trades special bread-making mixtures. Its products are mainly supplied to bread and pastry making companies through a distribution network, whereas its by-products, such as bran, are sold to livestock plants and feeds crafts. Chatzikraniotis & Sons Mills SA has a 3,075- square meter plant, as well as a 750- square meter warehouse.
