Sopraval SA Stock

Sopraval SA (Sopraval) is a Chile-based company engaged in farming and food processing. Its activities include the breeding of poultry, eggs incubation, turkey breeding, and production of food pellets for internal consumption as well the slaughtering and processing of meat products and production of processed turkey meat. Sopraval's products include meats for grilling, daily meals, hams, traditional meat, turkey fillet, turkey burger patties, easy cook meats such as turkey breast, turkey loin and dijon; and whole frozen turkeys all under the Sopraval brand. The Company exports its products to Europe, North America, Italy, Germany, England and Mexico. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's major shareholder was Inversiones Sagunto SA with 81.12% of its interests.
